I am a bilingual Business Development professional with a law background.
My passion in my professional life is to design solutions and drive innovations for organizations, clients, and my colleagues, and help them implement those solutions.

My area of specialty among my professional skills is to drive cross-border projects (Japan-U.S., in particular), bridge and negotiate stakeholders, and get solutions.

I am familiar with characteristics of decision making processes in both Japanese and U.S. organizations and am able to choose either style or a fusion of them to achieve my objectives.

Aside from work, I am a surfer, sailor, and back country skier. I am originally from Nagano and proud of the culture and independent spirit of the mountain prefecture.
