医療機器ビジネス分野にて、40年以上働いてきました。複数の有力外資系メーカー（日本HP/Agilent /Philips 、Siemens、Synthes、BBraun　Aceculap）にて30年以上に亘って、営業担当、営業/マーケティング本部長、事業本部長などを幅広く経験した後、首都圏大手販売店で営業本部長、代表取締役社長を8年間勤めました。
メーカーと販社の両方を経験しており、それぞれの視点から市場の商品流通を眺めることが出来ます。日本全体の市場の動向につきましては人脈構築もできましたので情報は幅広く入手できます。2017年5月末日をもって、大手販社の取締役副会長を退任し、エースブリッジパートナーズを起業しました。若年~中高年に至るまでのキャリア支援を目的に国家資格キャリアコンサルタント、認定コーチ、エージングアドバイザーの資格を取得。30年有余年を現場から経営層まで直接経験してきた関係で、人を理解し、時代の流れに合う就職支援活動を個別相談、集団研修という形で6年以上積極的に行っている。その数は数百人以上になります。並行して43年間直接従事した医療業界を中心に産業界の発展のために人材教育と営業戦略のコンサルタントとして貢献して参りたいと思っています。

He has worked in the medical device business field for over 40 years. After more than 30 years of extensive experience as a sales representative, sales/marketing general manager, and business unit general manager for several leading foreign manufacturers (HP Japan/Agilent/Philips, Siemens, Synthes, BBraun Aceculap), he worked as a sales general manager and president of a major distributor in the Tokyo metropolitan area for 8 years. After that, he worked for a major distributor in the Tokyo metropolitan area for 8 years as the General Manager of Sales Division and President.

Having experience as both a manufacturer and a distributor, he is able to about product distribution in the market from each perspective. As of the end of May 2017, he resigned from the position of Vice Chairman of a major sales company and started his own company, Ace Bridge Partners.

He would like to contribute to the development of the medical industry as a consultant for human resource training and sales strategy, especially for salespeople.
