<Back ground>
Koshin has been in charge of the advisory services, such as corporate financing solutions, business restructuring scheme offering, cost reduction strategy and business matching strategy providing mainly to Japanese customers in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.

Prior joining to SMBC, Koshin was a manager of Ernst and Young / PwC in Tokyo, mainly in charge of M&A advisory services, such as business and IT due diligence, PMI (post merger integration), valuation, and other related activities.
Koshin also has well experienced in business process re-engineering with IT solutions in financial accounting, cost accounting and supply chain management area for various manufacturing companies.

<Education>
Koshin holds a MBA from Kobe University Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shimonoseki City University in Japan.

Koshin is a native speaker in Japanese, fluent in general conversation in English and Mandarin Chinese.
