EHS creating, implementing and maintaining the business strategy on Environmental issues (air, climate change, waste, water) predominantly by leading investigations/ reviews of the environmental condition of properties associated with real estate and business transactions. This individual will also function in a team environment with other members of the business level EHS staff to ensure EHS compliance, to identify, prevent and resolve potential environmental issues and to mitigate environmental liabilities associated with current and former operations and facilities.

Identified the opportunity of the next step for the GE Healthcare Japan by challenging environmental excellence certification to be GE Healthcare Japan as a model plant and led CAPA and improved the water management program after 9 waste water exceedances had been found internally. I as well continued to contribute my health & safety expertise through the accident elimination plan by involving the cross functional activities after 3 recordable happened. I qualified as AQP level 1 auditor and demonstrated it through S&S BLA audit to not only prove my expertise but also collaborate with S&S or other GE sites by establishing network.
Took a leading role in driving GE Healthcare Japan to have achieved Global Star recertification and excellent EHS performance & metrics in 2013, i.e. reducing injury, great training completion & finding closure rates, winning Ergo cup finalist etc. Worked as an advocator and qualified trainer on HOP among GE Japan and involves in simplification efforts in the site. In addition to that I took a role of Health Ahead, leading simplification effort on EHS and started to integrate sales-service operation. My leadership and influence on team were improved significantly.

Facility Metrics also improved such as FCI (Facility Condition Index) -20% reduction, +28%, space efficiency improvement, +39% utility cost / 1 employee improved. On the other hand, employee satisfaction resulted in 44% which is relatively low in comparison with former 2 renovation projects such as 2010 4F Hikari Project 67% and 2014 Yoshikawa Exit Project including HCIT free address 56% respectively.
