To meet customer experience, support the EHS operations for Japan Transportation as my preliminary customer to achieve specific EHS objectives by successfully demonstrating the ability to build trust and confidence with, inspire, change, create and update internal EHS related specification with timely manner. Being not only EHS expertise but also an effective communicator, sending clear, concise and consistent messages verbally, in written form, and/or public speaking forums, advise, self-directed,the ability to follow through, prioritize tasks, and complete goals with minimal supervision, enthusiastic about research and exploring new capabilities, instruct, train stakeholders through the evaluation of new technologies, new launching sites, and mechanical processes with a focus on continuous improvement, to the Operation,Facilities, HR, Hardware Operations and vendors. Enabling data analysis by managing key indicators to ensure that the day-to-day metrics and on road safety with all organization layered-leadership and solve the problems that occur every day.

- ZERO serious incident while 80 + DS / XPT successfully launched.
- Serious Incident Rate was reduced from 2.01% to 0.39% (19% YOY)
- Achieved Heat Stress illness 5.03 against the goal 7.01
- Roll Box Incident was reduced SIR 0.5 to 0.2 (40% YOY), RIR 0.5 to 0.31 (62% YOY), 6.02 to 2.31 (37% YOY ).
- Negative Ratio Safety Survey reduced from 27% to 10.5% (39% YOY) as network average.
- 3721 VOA responded
- 40 + COVID-19 Safety Procedures was introduced via change management process.
- 93 new hires completed learning session
- 7675 Safety Observation conducted

I as well continued to contribute my health & safety expertise through the accident elimination plan by involving the cross functional activities after 3 recordable happened. I qualified as AQP level 1 auditor and demonstrated it through S&S BLA audit to not only prove my expertise but also collaborate with S&S or other GE sites by establishing network. Took a leading role in driving GE Healthcare Japan to have achieved Global Star recertification and excellent EHS performance & metrics in 2013, i.e. reducing injury, great training completion & finding closure rates, winning Ergo cup finalist etc. Worked as an advocator and qualified trainer on HOP among GE Japan and involves in simplification efforts in the site. In addition to that I took a role of Health Ahead, leading simplification effort on EHS and started to integrate sales-service operation. Facility Manager

Develop, track and control capital expense budgets and schedules for projects and leading a matrixed team for optimized services for the protection of people and assets, and for enhancing business growth by maintaining world-class buildings for customers and employees and includes ongoing monitoring of existing security/CM processes, identify gaps and plan to close, conducting facility audits, ensure GE personnel are secure while traveling to high risk locations, and developing global intelligence gathering system. ■ 実績や成果 Completed FOP (Facility Optimization Project) as planned. Delivered cost saving ZERO Incident during the construction, -2 MM property cost out, -25 Bay reduction (28 =>3), -30 t wasted through 5S and -691 t GHG and leading people's behavior change, such as +1000 employees engaged the project, +33 Project Members Organized, + 10 AWOs Next Generation Work Style Change and +6 News Letters. Facility Metrics also improved such as FCI (Facility Condition Index) -20% reduction, +28%, space efficiency improvement, +39% utility cost / 1 employee improved. On the other hand, employee satisfaction resulted in 44% which is relatively low in comparison with former 2 renovation projects such as 2010 4F Hikari Project 67% and 2014 Yoshikawa Exit Project including HCIT free address 56% respectively.
