Since I joined ASM Business Unit 2, 2014 Oct., until 2019 Oct .....
-BU2 revenue have been 150%,
-Gross Margin up 46%.
-NC cost per tools down 50%
-Tool manufacturing cost down 20% and,
-HVM IQ cost/cycle time KPI is being kept > 100%

I used to work for ASM, the company which is producing plasma enhanced deposition tools, as a Senior Director of product support, manage > 50 engineers.
Before that, I spent 2 years as a Director of program management. Through those years, I did and am taking wide variation Role & Responsibilities, based on my experience like Marketing, New product development & promotion, System engineering, Project/Program management, Quality management, and so on.

Before joining ASM, I used to work in Hitachi semiconductor manufacturing equipment division for 19 years till 2014, I had been a various Projects/Products manager to lead the team to achieve the set targets and goals. Dedicated to marketing, make business plan, define Projects and manage those, specializing in plasma processing tools.
I had driven strategic tool development, marketing, and promoting new technology/tools include 450mm, for the customers in US, Europe and Asia.
I had closely worked with both R&D and Sales people include overseas subsidiaries to align all stakeholders’ direction, and globally monitor the Industry trend to ensure the Company’s competitiveness.
Before joining in semiconductor industry, I had worked as a Chemical Plant engineer for 13 years in Hitachi, dedicated to system engineering which needs strong Project management skills and open mindset. Manage 10-20 engineers.
