I had been working for sales promotion and customer service at semiconductor supplier for 23years.
As for customer service i had managed to provide the demand forecasting,
production capacity planning and responsible for booking and billing.
To be able to maximize the distribution revenue i set the best customer assignment for distributors.
The customer support point of view i organize the matrix support by using products and customers element. This scheme contributed very much efficient support and got the customer satisfaction.
As for sales promotion, i had responsible to manage all Japan Booking ,Billing and provide annual revenue plan by managing the target goal with sales division
and distributors. Execute revenue action plan which provided with sales
and marketing.
Communicate with headquarter by reporting business status, booking and
billing recovery plan periodically to be able to maintain high confidence operation.
