• Plan and implement IT products Marketing, Sales and PR activities for whole Japan as a Sales and Marketing Director at SteelSeries, and as a National Sales Manager at GN Netcom (Jabra). And also at Lexmark, planed and implemented In-store Sales Promotions for prime Consumer Electronics (CE) Stores in Japan.
• Experience doing B2C businesses with CE Stores, which are Yodobashi camera, Bic camera, Yamada denki, K’s denki, Costco and so on. Regarding Online Business, I have dealt with Apple and Amazon including online of Yodobashi and Bic. Furthermore, for Mobile Operators, I have negotiated with SoftBank, NTT docomo and KDDI au to deal with their genuine products.
• After distributor change SoftBank Commerce & Service (SBCS) from a few small distributors to increase sales revenues, work closely with SBCS and SoftBank Mobile for SoftBank Selection (OEM brand, a kind of B2B) and Jabra standard brand for distribution business in Japan.
• For pure B2B businesses at Lexmark, had sold customized Inkjet Printers in Panasonic, Toshiba-Tec and Plus Vision.
• Provided headsets to System Integrator such as Otsuka Shokai, S&I and Nissho Electronics etc.
• Negotiated with Toyota’s car dealers, Ford and car navigation maker Clarion. Also, car accessories stores like Auto backs and Yellow hat etc. through a distributor Sun Auto specialized in car accessories and parts.
• Manage customer support like a call center, logistic function and IOP testing issues.
• Experience in the field of Product Branding and Promotional Marketing over 20years. And, market survey (group interview and usage & attitude) before product market introduction and product packaging change.
