My real estate career began while I was obtaining my BS at Indiana University. I spent two summers interning at Grubb & Ellis in their property management and market research departments.



Upon graduating from college in 2007 I decided to take a job at the real estate brokerage firm NAI BT Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield), as a Market Financial Analyst following the commercial real estate trends throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. I made the switch to the property tax consulting firm Independent Tax Representatives (ITR) where I worked as a Real Estate Analyst. I personally reassessed or assisted in the reassessment of over 75 commercial properties resulting in property value reductions exceeding nine figures.



After completing my MBA I made the career transition from real estate investment consulting into tech. I started this transition as a Data Analytics Manager in VMware’s Real Estate Workplace (REW) dept where I designed and deployed employment growth forecasts that were the key elements for VMware’s real estate location strategy. I later joined Twitter as the Demand Forecast Program Manager for REW. I designed Twitter's real estate database, which served as the backbone for long-term employment growth forecasting and location strategies.



Currently, I’m the lead Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner for the Workplace Services team at Lending Club. I’m designing and developing Lending Club’s long-term real estate location strategy.
