To meet customer experience, support the EHS operations for Japan Transportation as my preliminary customer to achieve specific EHS objectives by successfully demonstrating the ability to build trust and confidence with, inspire, change, create and update internal EHS related specification with timely manner. Being not only EHS expertise but also an effective communicator, sending clear, concise and consistent messages verbally, in written form, and/or public speaking forums, advise, self-directed,the ability to follow through, prioritize tasks, and complete goals with minimal supervision, enthusiastic about research and exploring new capabilities, instruct, train stakeholders through the evaluation of new technologies, new launching sites, and mechanical processes with a focus on continuous improvement, to the Operation,Facilities, HR, Hardware Operations and vendors. Enabling data analysis by managing key indicators to ensure that the day-to-day metrics and on road safety with all organization layered-leadership and solve the problems that occur every day.

- ZERO serious incident while 80 + DS / XPT successfully launched.
- Serious Incident Rate was reduced from 2.01% to 0.39% (19% YOY)
- Achieved Heat Stress illness 5.03 against the goal 7.01
- Roll Box Incident was reduced SIR 0.5 to 0.2 (40% YOY), RIR 0.5 to 0.31 (62% YOY), 6.02 to 2.31 (37% YOY ).
- Negative Ratio Safety Survey reduced from 27% to 10.5% (39% YOY) as network average.
- 3721 VOA responded
- 40 + COVID-19 Safety Procedures was introduced via change management process.
- 93 new hires completed learning session
- 7675 Safety Observation conducted
- 5 Ergonomic Risk Assessment has been completed
