I engaged in planning and operation of e-commerce services tied up with other companies. In August 2013, we launched a new shopping service. We were able to independently accumulate the experience necessary for business planning since our team consisted of three employees. In addition, our revenue have grown to hundreds million yen in FY 2014.

Our main workflow
- Business Planning; Analysis of market needs, creation of business plan and revenue and getting approval from the executive officers on business launch
- Partnership Development; Creating business partner candidate lists based on market needs and negotiations
- Definition of System Requirements; Creating RFP draft about buildong PF with other departments
- Sales Promotion; Plannimg online/offline campaigns to attract customers and to make relationship with our customers
- Profit Management: Managing the balance of business based on monthly sales and expenses
- Customer Response: Correspondence of inquiries and complaints received from customers and improving our services
