To develop the business plan for IT service business in Japan market as Canon Marketing Japan to establish the next core business within CANON group.
I was mainly responsible the strategic business area for CANON including MA and alliance with the appropriate companies.

I was responsible for both Sales and technology(like COO and CTO) reporting to CEO. I recovered the financial figure from red to black and increase revenue from1.9Byen to 5.6Byen.
IBM Japan Manager 07/1984 – 01/1996
My responsibility was Product line management (PLM) for IBM communication system in order to market them in Japan market. And so I did the closed communication with IBM’s WW Labs and HQTR planning dev.
In marketing & Sales division, I was responsible for Service industry (namely security guard company, trading company, etc,,.) And move to International Marketing Operations (IMO), which is responsible for Global company including Japan based global company (SONY, CANON, City-bank, etc,) and foreign based global company (CITI group, GE, P&G, etc,).
