I am the consultant of TPS (Toyota Production System, Lean System), TQM (and ISO9000, 6Sigma), TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance and Management), Kaizen and Factory Management. And help the introduction and fixing these through the nurturing people and the help of administration & organization change. My working areas are Europa, Asia, North & Central America and South America. Recently there are many needs of these system but are many failure cases of the introduction and the fixing in the clients. I saw and convinced that one of critical reason of these failure is the lack of essential condition which is the level of factory management. As you aware for introducing these and getting the effects, the certain level of factory management is essential but never be included in these systems, concepts or action guideline. And my consultancy range is not only coaching TPS, TQM, TPM, Kaizen but also practicing the basic factory management.
I worked in the production gemba 45 years and dedicated to these Japanese origin methods and lived and worked as the international consultant 22 years in the 11 foreign countries for the Coaching in clients, Lecture & Course in the University and Instruction in TV conference. I’m still experiencing, researching innovative methods and growing in the field of Production Management. Currently I share my knowledge of these Japanese origin technique through SNS and direct e-mail.
