● Over 8 years’ experience of eBook related business and the platform development using cloud
technology as well as global standard ePub format and its reading system.
● Ability to understand the requirements from the market or customers and define the specifications
of the products and services (experienced as a Product Owner).
● Experienced at working outside Japan (in US and Germany) as a project leader of a multinational
team for 3 years.
● Experienced at working as a head of a business group, not only an engineering manager, but also
leading the sales team and business development team.
● Experienced at leading projects using several types of software and a variety of software, such as
embedded software, operating system (OS) and Cloud-based server/clients services using public
cloud solutions, or smartphone applications as well as enterprise solutions such as Salesforce.
