その他、長野県内外の教育委員会や小中学校における研究講師を努めております。
新卒で入都して13年間、学級担任、理科専科、通級学級担任として勤務してきました。理科教育や総合的な学習の時間においては、ICT機器やユニバーサルデザインを取り入れた授業経営・学級経営などを個人研究として進めてきました。
平成28年度より主幹教諭となり、校長や副校長の学校経営でのサポートを図り、主任教諭・教諭への指導・支援を行ってきました。平成30年度は、世界自然遺産「小笠原」の地域力・ブランド力を取り入れた環境教育（平成29年・平成30年度度東京都持続可能な社会づくりに向けた教育推進校指定校事業の主担当)を行い、これまでの小笠原小学校での実践を小笠原小学校WEBサイトや全国小中学校環境教育研究大会にて発表しました。
令和元年度(平成31年度)より長野県白馬村へ移住し、長野県公立小学校での非常勤講師（一社）エンターキーでの教育ICTコンサルティングの勤務をスタートさせています。
令和3年12月にはGoogle Educators Group Hakuba Valley を立ち上げ、長野県北部エリアでの教育関係者（主にGoogleアプリの利用者）向けの人材ネットワーク組織を立ち上げ、令和4年度から本格的にスタートしています。
令和4年度は、公立小学校での非常勤講師として、小学校3年生の図工と理科の専科教諭の勤務をし、STEAM教育の教材開発・授業実践を進めています。
（一社）エンターキーでの教育ICTコンサルティング事業では、市町村教育委員会への教育ICTアドバイス（デジタル機器、教育用ソフトウェアなど全般的に）、また自治体内の小中学校、保育園での教育ICT環境整備や実際のモデル授業実施、長野県教職員研修センターでの専門研修、松本短期大学での保育とICTにおけるゲストスピーカーなど、GIGAスクール構想の推進を現場レベルから行なっています。
令和4年1月には、長野県内の自治体レベルでのCanva for Education の導入を支援し、日本で始めてCanvaの教育的利用のコンサルティングを行いました。また、その後Canva Japanから、池田町や教育系WEBライターとしての実績が認められ、国内初のCanva Teacher Canvassadorに認定されました。
令和5年度は、公立小学校での非常勤講師として、小学校5・6年生の理科の専科教諭の勤務をしつつ、教育ICTアドバイザーとして、長野県内外の自治体・小中学校、県立高校などでの教育者向けセミナー・研修やイベントなどに登壇しています。

I have been working as a classroom teacher, science teacher, and day class teacher for 13 years since I graduated from Tokyo. In science education and integrated learning time, I have conducted personal research on classroom management and classroom management incorporating ICT devices and universal design.
Since 2008, I have been a lead teacher and have supported the principal and vice-principal in school management and provided guidance and support to the head teacher and teachers. In fiscal year 2008, I was in charge of environmental education incorporating the regional strength and brand power of the World Natural Heritage "Ogasawara Islands" (I was in charge of the designated school project for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's education promotion school for building a sustainable society in fiscal years 2009 and 2008), and I presented my past practices at Ogasawara Elementary School on its website and at the National Environmental Education Research Conference for Elementary and Junior High Schools. The school has presented its practices at Ogasawara Elementary School on the Ogasawara Elementary School website and at national elementary and junior high school environmental education research conferences.
In 2049, he moved to Hakuba Village in Nagano Prefecture, where he began working as a part-time teacher at a public elementary school in Nagano Prefecture and as an educational ICT consultant for Enterkey, Inc.
In December 2021, he launched the Google Educators Group Hakuba Valley, a human resources network organization for educators (mainly Google Apps users) in the northern area of Nagano Prefecture, which started in earnest in fiscal year 2022.
In 2022, I worked as a part-time lecturer at a public elementary school as a 3rd grade arts and science teacher, developing teaching materials for STEAM education and implementing lessons.
（In the educational ICT consulting business at Enterkey, he provides educational ICT advice to municipal boards of education (in general, including digital equipment and educational software), develops educational ICT environments and conducts actual model classes at elementary and junior high schools and nursery schools in the municipality, conducts specialized training at the Nagano Prefectural Teachers Training Center, and provides childcare and childcare services at Matsumoto Junior College. We are also promoting the GIGA School concept from the field level through training at the Nagano Prefectural Teachers' Training Center, guest lectures on childcare and ICT at Matsumoto Junior College, and other activities.
In January 2022, we supported the introduction of Canva for Education at the Ikeda-machi Board of Education (local government) level in Nagano Prefecture, and were the first in Japan to provide consulting services for educational use of Canva. In addition, Canva Japan later certified him as the first Canva Teacher Canvassador in Japan, in recognition of his achievements in Ikeda-cho and as a web writer.
