Responsible for Sales and Operations Planning of In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products at a global IVD company.
Key Roles:
1. Research & Analysis for IVD products demand in Japan market.
2. Sales trend analysis for 300+ products comprising approx. 50% of annual sales.
3. Sales forecast building.
My analysis & high forecast accuracy are contributing to the profit and cash flow stability.



Before the business school, Consulting and IT Solution Industry in totally 6.5 years.
- As a Consultant in New Products Development Project:
My role for research, analysis and facilitation contributed to the profitability enhancement of customer's products.
- As a SAP Solution Architect & Project Leader in e-Commerce Transformation Projects:
I joined totally more than 40 projects and managed more than 30 of them. My achievements brought additional revenue to my team.
