自己紹介

Born in Osaka in 1980, when they referred Japan as most polluted in the world. He grew up as a patient of pollution disease and spent three
years for medical treatment in childhood. This experience arose him a question about ‘society’ which can not solve social problems in the past.



During his university years, he was struck by the article written by Hideyuki Inoue, and the fixed image of ‘social problems can not be solved by individual’ was overturned. He was attracted to the social entrepreneurship, so acquired business development and problem-solving skills as professional through the internship program. He became an independent business development specialist t just after graduation. Since then, he is working for both for-profit and non-profit ventures.



At NPO ETIC., he was involved in expanding their incubation model to other cities in Japan. Afterward, he joined G-net, NPO in Gifu prefecture, as the secretary-general. He led the turnaround, promoted consolidation of business, and reorganization. The revenue jumped about five times in six years. Even now next generation entrepreneurs are emerging continuously.



In 2009, he felt some limitation to domestic activities and capacity for further innovation, started traveling around Asian countries. In the itinerary of 12 countries for two years, he began dialogues with grassroots NGOs and social entrepreneurs working in global scale.



He published the insight obtained through it as the case study of Asia's leading social innovation "Creativity of the bottoms" (Diamond Inc. 2009).



He founded WIA, a public foundation that enables Enable deeper social innovations for most vulnerable populations through coherence of economic sustainability and social impact
