自己紹介

I have permanently transferred to IBM US as a Client Executive for Japanese automobile and electronics industry since Feb/2011, after 15 years services at IBM Japan.



I started my professional career in 1996 right after my graduation of Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto. I spend 2.5years at IBM Yasu Factory Production Control department as a production planning analyzer and learned basics of manufacturing/engineering operation.



I desired and transferred to a sales representative role in 1998 and became a client representative for Omron (a global leading sensors and controllers manufacturing company in Kyoto) . I had been client representative for Omron for over 11 years as a team member and then a global client leader. I led key partnership enhancement engagements with Omron such as extending/enhancing Strategic Outsourcing partnership in Japan and Europe, Direct/Indirect Procurement Business Transformation Outsourcing in Japan and China, and process innovation consulting services of SCM, CRM and PLM.



My goal is to become a global leader who would contribute to the success of Japanese companies' global business.
I have rich experiences to support Japanese companies' global operation by establishing strong partnership and fully utilizing IBM's global capability and assets.



My ultimate goal is to become a global leader who would contribute to the Japanese society's prosperity in and out of Japan, leveraging Japan's great assets. (people, community, ethic, culture, spirit, history and so on.)
