    Leading a strong cross-functional team to build and scale the Lifestyle Business of Jindal Stainless Ltd. (an O.P. Jindal Group Company). JSL Lifestyle is a design led business for providing bespoke Home lifestyle solutions through organised retail (own stores & franchisee stores), online retail, institutions etc., through its two brands, Arttd'inox and ARC.
    We at JSL Lifestyle, bring innovative design concepts, using our in-house design team, helping our customers experience confluence of art & design in stainless steel by harmonising it with other materials viz. ceramic, wood, etc. We market our products to the B2C audiences and B2B fraternity i.e. Architects & Designers and Builders/Contractors/Developers
    Responsible for steering the business goals to strengthen our presence in the High-end lifestyle segment and also focusing on diversifying into affordable masstige segment. I am driving the business through experiential B2C & B2B marketing, digital marketing & disruptive business modelling,
    Managing $65Mn business through 5 SBUs, three manufacturing units and by leading all business functions including sales, marketing, finance, design, manufacturing, HR, product development etc.
    5 SBUs are
    • Home Lifestyle Business - It comprises of business of our consumer Brands in Table Ware; Home Décor; modular kitchens, wardrobes, etc.
    • Value Engineering OEM Business – Partnering global giants like Whirlpool, to provide them finished goods designed in stainless steel
    • Mobility Business – Have Partnered Indian Railways & Metro, to provide them solutions designed in stainless steel
    • Plumbing Business – Market expansion of of stainless steel plumbing solutions (pipes and fittings) by creating direct marketing & B2B distribution infrastructure
    • Infrastructure Business - Partnering institutions like developers, Architects, builders etc. to provide them solutions designed with stainless steel
