• Develop new positions (exempt/non-exempt) and lead recruitment efforts for all faculty positions while partnering with various schools using consultation approaches to hiring managers
• Lead HR Assistants with talent sourcing strategy across various mediums, managing the new hire onboarding process
• Manage the entire candidate experience from creating effective job postings to screening applicants, leading charge of full cycle recruitment, extending offers of employment and maintaining relationships with 300+ current and former employees for hiring needs
• Assisted in the implementation of applicant and recruitment tracking system (applitrack) for staffing department
• Track data and trends over time to provide metrics-based reporting to leadership team with ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency of recruitment and hiring process
Manage the development, maintenance, and coordination of educational programs
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting, certification/training and compliance for all office and field employees
• Coach leaders on talent management, performance appraisals, staff training, and compliance
• Strategize alongside CEO and Board Members to formulate future vision for the organization and support special projects to grow and enhance program
• Refine handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with laws and best practices and create & maintain an internal staff structure that supports the strategic vision of the organization
• Lead annual benefits renewal process and facilitated open enrollment meetings and processing
