    Directly responsible for the overall administration, training, mentorship, coordination, measurement effectiveness, performance management, and evaluation of the human resources function.
    • Automate and formalize recruiting process, expediting applicant sourcing and hiring (selected ZOHO applicant tracking system)
    • Develop and implement hiring process that include training HR staff and management in interviewing techniques
    • Create Lead to Succeed Management Training Program and instruct workshops based on train-the trainer model for Start-up company
    • Develop innovative ways to attract and retain potential applicants and reduce turnover of staff
    • Provide leading edge on-the-job training for both exempt and non-exempt employees
    • Accountable for full policy development and implementation, strategic planning, and financial affairs
    • Direct activities to include worker compensation/leaves, employee relations, labor relations, training & development, compensation and benefits, talent management and workplace culture
