Plan and execute training related projects, such as training process improvements, cost analysis, and measurements of training effectiveness
• Design Team Member for Amazon Go Retail stores in the area of branding with an emphasis on learning & development
• Ensure global talent development materials have a consistent brand, look and feel
• Work with L&D colleagues in creating new training programs with support from subject-matter experts
• Recommend and coordinate updates to existing training material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques
