• Responsible for Overall volume & GP achievement for the NISSAN SUV range.
• Regular monitoring of Market, Segment and Competitor performance to develop short and long term strategies to improve the SUV market share.
• Involved in Ordering, Pricing, and Sales to roll out the necessary holistic campaigns for the range and each model.
• Forecasting and Management of inventory levels based on market trend, the stock level of slow and fast moving models.
• Planning and implementing the pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities for the new brands. Develop cost-effective tactical campaigns in support of the stated volume objectives for each brand.
• Manage budget achievement & quarterly review process with the top management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with NISSAN to ensure financial and information support
• Briefing and management of agencies to develop creative campaign & consultancy work thereby ensuring that all marketing collateral for each brand and model is up to date.
