• Established a team to manage all activities in implementing 100% Connected Cars company objective within Africa, Middle East & India (AMI) Region with an Objective to become the benchmark Region in terms of Connected cars deployment and recognition by Markets and Customer.
▪ Developed the Strategy and Business Plan, P&L for all markets across AMI
▪ Defined Roles & Responsibilities of each Function involved in this project ensuring robust cross-functional management
▪ Developed and Implemented a complete Marketing & Customer Management action plan establishing a close collaboration with vehicle marketing teams and global S&M to match conventional and CCS marketing concept
▪ Establish processes and tools to monitor closely Customer data and relationships to optimize legacy and fidelity
▪ Worked with regional Sales Finance and Aftersales teams to implement features and applications with the objective to increase business with customers
