- Achieve target by generating premium for Direct Team Channel thru acquisition of new business.
- Handles the end to end process of direct accounts (from sales call to presentations, negotiations, closing and installing the group life program) to ensure smooth turn over to the Account Management and Operations team.
- Expands and further firms up relationships with direct accounts and clients by offering Work Site Management’s Financial Literacy and Individual Life Insurance programs.
- Establishes and nurtures relationship with partners, direct accounts, clients, and other relevant parties.
- Prepares reports (e.g. weekly activity report, performance analysis report for the sector) as required by management.
