Formerly a Senior Director at REVIC Partners Co., Ltd. Prior to that, I was an in-house counsel at GREE, Inc. and a board member at Glossom, Inc.
In addition to advising on various corporate legal matters, my practice included advising on tender offers (TOBs), third-party allocations, share exchanges, share transfers, and other M&A transactions, as well as structuring, due diligence, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual documents. In addition to the above, I routinely advised on insider regulations, short-swing regulations, and other issues related to listed stocks.
I was also seconded to the investment banking division of a securities company affiliated with a bank, where I advised on various legal issues related to M&A and insider regulations from the standpoint of a financial advisor.
In addition, I was seconded to Stamford Law Corporation (currently Morgan Lewis Stamford), a prominent law firm in Singapore for M&A.
