Responsible for the business strategy, profitability, sales management, customer programs and pricing for flexible packaging sold into the non-traditional packaging markets of North America. Direct account management and two salaried sales people reporting direct for customers in the photographic, electronic, office supply, computer hardware, and industrial packaging markets. Developed and sold a recyclable paper ream wrap for Xerox. Increased sales from $1.5 million in 1998 to $16 million in 1999 to $25 million in 2000.
