Arpan Dastidar has 12 years of experience in Marketing & Brand Management in FMCG sector and have handled multiple brands worth INR 2-3 Billion at an All India level.

A Google certified Digital Marketing professional, Arpan has expertise in Brand Management, Building Brands, Media and Communication, Consumer Insights, Market Research, New Product Development and P&L management for the brands he has worked for in both B2B and B2C segments across industries like FMCG, Pharma and Confectionery.

Currently Arpan is handling the marketing function of Givaudan Fragrances in South Asia, which is the world's largest fragrance and flavor company. Essentially a B2B role, this entails working for some of the largest FMCG brands in the region and ideating the next gen product strategy for them.

Arpan has also handled the haircare division of a personal care brand called Park Avenue which is one of the foremost men's grooming brand in India and led the development and launch of Park Avenue Beer Shampoo, one of the most disruptive product launches in online and offline retail in recent times.

He was also associated with Emami Limited, with their flagship brand called Navratna Oil - the 3rd largest hair oil brand in India with a turnover of over 3.5 Billion INR, at that point in time.
