• Lead and drive Protective Segment covering Transportation, OEM Truck/Bus, Heavy duty equipment,Mining,Industrial for Indonesia nationwide
• Focus Plan/Actual P & L Target share with Finance for each Distributors
• Forecast and Estimated Raw Material and Opportunity Pipeline for Reach Target with Sales Operation Team and Global Supply Chain.
• Conduct Plan Training and Seminar for Share BP Values and Advantages for Existing Customers and New Customer
• Star up Business, Finding New Distributor and Maintain Existing Distributors
• Formulate and map out business development and growth strategies (both short and long term) for Protective Segment, to meet business growth as set by Management
• Identify growth areas across Indonesia to ensure constant upscale business growth with market share expansion
• Constant identification of new business opportunities and network to ensure new business development that constant fill up pipeline
• Active visit to customers’ sites to ensure sufficient face time for key customers
• Lead Sales team in achieving business target as set by Management
• Manage and develop Sales team to attain high level of selling capabilities and profess
• Provide constant trainings, coaching and development of effective selling tools for Sales team to achieve business results as set
• Effective management of Sales team to ensure team achievement are tracked and monitor; e.g.: setting of cadence and follow through implementation
• Carry out joint customer visit with sales team to guide and upgrade selling skills, reinforce a consistent set of best practices for selling.
