Nearly 18 months managing the delivery of highly politically sensitive and security-critical biometric IT software, hardware, server and desktop support for UK and Australian Government Home Office and Eurostar immigration eGates at 23 key UK, EU & Australian airports, and 6 Eurostar stations.





Articulate and multilingual Strategic Account and Service Delivery Manager with an unrivalled ability to turn around and manage under-performing accounts, up to C-level, within demanding environments. Skilful negotiator and communicator with a highly organised approach to delivering exceptional customer service and developing effective rapport with both internal and external stakeholders. Great capacity to adapt to new situations and technologies; along with the ability to lead multicultural outsourced service delivery teams. Flexibility to travel extensively worldwide, as necessary, and willing to relocate. Fluent Spanish, with good working knowledge of Italian, French, Swedish and German.
