Developed and directed our new product pipeline by globalizing our Voice of Customer (VOC) input, broadening our advisory groups and improving our launch capabilities, resulting in the launch of 7 new products in 4 years. Focus was on Women's Health & Urology - incontinence & pelvic floor platform. Much of this success can be attributed to launching this business in Australia-NZ in my prior role, would provided valuable market assessment and market development experience in a Developed Market.
