Spearheaded the creation and implementation of an 'Asia-Pacific Regional Hub' to build critical skills, competencies and processes to help accelerate growth from US$360M to $1B, with key focus on maximizing new product launch impact and accelerating growth in Emerging Markets. Following this success, I was charged with moving to our HQ in Cincinnati, Ohio to help strengthen our Global Strategic Planning processes. These efforts included building global forums for strategy dialogue, building scenarios and insights on disruptive innovation and engaging our leadership to make bolder, strategic investments.
