Nov 2013 – Apr2017: With Lummus Technology Heat Transfer BV (CB&I), USA at Gurgaon(India) office
• Joined Lummus Technology of CB&I , USA in Nov 2013 and continued as Director (Process Design & Engineering) at their Gurgaon office (which is a back end office of Lummus (CB&I) USA for executing Basic Engineering Packages and other Licensor support services for various Lummus technologies). Lead a group of 50 engineers and 3 managers who are responsible to execute Basic Engineering Packages , Standard Operating Manuals preparation , Plant check outs/ Hazop/ SIL as Licensor representative, participate in start-ups as licensor advisor. My role is to coordinate, organize and allocate resources for all these activities as their head and mentoring .

A. Last 7 years :
• Since 2007, directly involved in the grassroots refinery and petrochemical project of IOCL at Paradip, from configuration to commissioning. In successive positions, heading the Process and Project Teams, taken lead to finalize optimum configuration through market study analysis and using LP models ensuring best possible RoI . Was instrumental in getting FID from IOCL Board Led the process of technology and licensors selection ensuring state-of-art technologies, firming up licensors’ agreements and Basic Engineering Packages. Was responsible to effectively lead a group of senior executives and engineers for overall supervision, control, review , finalisation and execution of complex refining and petrochemical plants with respective design and safety requirements through detailed engineering contractors. For the first time in India, Hydrogen requirement was finalized through BOO contract (OTF) after establishing the terms being economically viable.
