~ 3 Years at Tesla where I led the Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability affairs across North America region (US, Canada and Mexico). I was also responsible for risks assessment, crisis management for over 182 facilities consisting of greater than 1260 employees. My responsibilities included:
Establish, implement, track and present key metrics (TRI, LWR, GHG emissions, recycling and garbage,
hazardous waste, leading safety metrics) to measure performance and drive process improvements
Lead all EH&S support for acquisition sites and closures; conduct compliance gap analyses to remediate

Drive a proactive safety culture through strategic projects such as risk‐assessments, ergonomic risk baselines and a robust responsibility, ownership and behavior safety program - P-R-I-D-E (People Really Interested in Developing Excellence).
Responsible for the development, maintenance and monitoring of annual EH&S budget for multiple sites
Develop and maintain EH&S website functions to improve efficiency and customer service, including: injury reporting/incident investigation, case management, monthly metric reports, audit checklists, ISO 14001 corrective action system, safety suggestions, and work requests.
Serve as Global EH&S benchmark champion; set direction and vision for Global EH&S team, implement EH&S standards, programs, metrics and tools and enable global project teams to achieve strategic imperatives across North America, EU and Asia.
Championed sustainability initiatives for energy, hazardous waste and solid waste reduction projects; Stepped up the recycling and waste disposal of Tesla’s Li-ion battery waste disposal (with profit ~ $211,000/yr from recycling management) for non-manufacturing sites in North America through a successful and aggressive ISO 14001 benchmark process.
