I bring over 20 years experience transforming business challenges into opportunity spaces, achieving both customer benefit and commercial impact. I am an expert in digital product creation, human-centred experiences that are on-brand, strategically led, data-driven and delightful.
In my most significant role to date, I served as Chief Experience Officer for EMEA and APAC at Isobar (across 55 offices). This was a highly nuanced role responsible for creative excellence at scale, building digital capability, thought leadership, employer marketing and sales as well as delivery-responsibility for Product, Service Design and Experience (UX). Isobar is a global, full-service digital agency borne through a series of strategic acquisitions. They sought my help to build a proposition, product and client experience that could be consistently and competitively sold and delivered across very diverse market conditions. While at Isobar, I delivered exceptional creative and positive business results for some of the world’s most beloved brands – connecting powerful narratives, commerce and the creative use of digital. My key global clients included adidas, Asda, Clarins, Coca-Cola, Enterprise, GM, Huawei, Lego, L’Oréal, Mondelez, P&G and Unilever.
Previously, I served as Chief Creative Officer, Europe for IBM Interactive Experience – creating the operating model and launching eight European creative studios for their new ‘go-to-market’ agency model, IBM iX. Most importantly, I had the exceptional opportunity to work on the first 40 Watson-powered AI accelerators for business (in partnership with Apple).
My expertise is creative, user experience design and innovation strategy for experiences across platforms (commerce, marketing and CRM), products, services, tools and systems. I have a specialisation in commerce-enabled, digital ecosystem experiences, particularly for Retail, Luxury, Automotive and FMCG.
