Having worked in PT Modern Sevel Indonesia (7-Eleven Franchisee in Indonesia) since early 2014 and continuing to PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. (Biggest Lifestyle Retailer in Indonesia), I have enjoyed working in Recruitment and Human Capital Division. My day to day activity would cover from keeping recruitment tools and process updated, screening tons of applicants in our recruitment sources, administer Psychological Assessment, mostly making quick review of applicants profile and assessment, and rest of the day is making necessary report to the management.

As a Psychology Student, my biggest interest yet still in Child Development and nowadays is broaden to HR Marketing Strategy and Employer Branding. It is in my believe that hiring talent should not be as classical as it had, but the talent that was actively interested with our company!
