Developed sustainable distribution and service channels by engaging entrepreneurs, developing relations with banks and MFIs and approaching government departments/institutions and corporates.
Developed and implemented business models to promote solar products – lanterns, home lighting systems, street lights, off-grid and grid connected power plants, micro & mini grids, irrigation systems and solar water heaters.
Was the Monitoring & Evaluation specialist with the USAID Partnership to Advance Clean Energy – Deployment (PACE-D) TA Program.
Supported the implementation of Microfinance Component under the USAID PACE-D TA Program which included building capacity of the selected MFIs, developing the distribution and service channel, facilitating investments, developing policy recommendations and energy lending handbook.
Developed relations and worked with Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), product companies and grass root organizations to provide Business Models for solar products, thus making them affordable to the rural and semi urban clients.
Worked with banks and grass root organizations to develop a viable model to implement the JNNSM solar off-grid scheme (through NABARD).
Conducted and analyzed for pre-training and post-training feedback from participants and presented results. Developed the framework and conducted training effectiveness assessments of training programs conducted by the PACE-D TA program. Analyzed the responses and presented the results.
Coordinated in organization of training programs for Energy Entrepreneurs, Banks and MFIs for promoting solar solutions.
