- Driving M&A legal day 1 preparedness through effective operational carve-out planning, transition planning, operational model definition, and stakeholder governance (EnergyAustralia and Integral Energy)
- Enhancing operational efficiency through cost reduction initiatives and broad operating model improvements (TNT and Qantas)
- Advising clients on such strategic initiatives such as new market entry and alliance formation by modeling financial outcomes, conducting due diligence, and developing potential operating business models for the various scenarios under client consideration (AXA and KKR/Laureate)
