• 5 years Provide support services within the scope and also help the end user to escalate problem out of scope with relevant internal RHB Bank support
• Attend meeting related to project and DMC Meeting related to operation.
• Create SOW for the job scope for Project and recruiting of engineer form venders
• Maintaining the operation and vendor for the daily operation for RHB
• Escalate any problem pertaining to deviation to Operation lead and the ADM for their further action
• Achieve client trust and confident as a prove there are many compliment received from end user
• Adhere to the team problem and provide them guidance whenever they facing problem with client and technical issues.
• Maintain software menu knowledge to be known by all team member.
