Served as a consultant to Delta P, Inc. regarding the entry of the new Bunker Power Plant in Palawan Main Grid.

I'm a high-performing self-driven Power Systems Engineer with background on support and management of IT services. Since 2013, I have been assigned as the vice-chairman of the Joint Energy Development Advisory Group (JEDAG) – TWG. The JEDAG, tasked to create the Palawan Island Energy Development Plan using bottom-up approach, was formed by the Department of Energy (DOE), Palawan Province, the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman and USAID. In JEDAG-TWG I was particularly involved in demand forecasting, resource assessment, least-cost-planning, creation of screening curves of different technologies, and generation plan for the entire island of Palawan. In PALECO, I was chosen to be part of Power Supply Reliability Committee (PSRC). It is tasked to create power supply plan, assess power supply needs, and prepare Power Supply Agreement with Independent Power Providers.

In IT, I have substantial experience as Systems Analyst, Application Architect, and Project Manager in the field of Financial Services (Accenture) and Electric Utilities (PALECO). My eight (8) years of experience in IT involved a production support project with clients from USA, Bangalore and the Philippines. In the past five (5) years, I've been involved in performing business analysis, providing solutions, implementation and support of IT projects.

I've been involved in consultancy work in smart metering infrastructure, home monitoring infrastructure of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and UP Diliman; and Power System and other infrastructure projects in a provincial hospital run by the Department of Health (DOH).

I received my bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the country’s premier University – the UP Diliman and became a candidate for the master in Information Systems in the UP Open University.
