Job Description:
Responsible for overall marketing and sales of company's products.
Contact prospective clients by makinf telephone calls on a rotating basis with the activity standard (10:10:3).
Meet and greet clients and give a full presentation of the company's products.
Influence the clients to purchase our company's products.
Presenting our services/products to potential clients.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result and developing the team member to grow the business.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
Plan and implement the marketing strategies & to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
Seeking new canididates to be employed in the company.
Providing details information to candidates regarding recruitment process.
Giving career consultation and advices to candidate.
Resourcing candidates from many sources such as Job Portal, Relations, Social Media, Forum, Etc.
Recieving CV, screening candidate with communication skills to get deep undertanding from candidates in order to know their background and talents to meet the company requirements.
Approving hiring and firing requests within the group.
Creating job vacant in job portal, social media and forums
Searching new clients and presenting business services
Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a group or function.
Interacting with general manager for reporting.
Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning.
Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports.
Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and works with managers and director sales to ensure the goals cascade to subordinates.
Maintaining the existing clients and making a plan to do the next projects.
