Duties and Responsibilities
 Monitor Voice Network and network elements as well as associated management systems
 Identify, isolate and clear system events and alarms on voice network
 Receive service related customer and network trouble tickets and initiate actions to restore service
 To systematically analyze and diagnose network and customer faults.
 Conduct root cause analysis on network fault.
 To effectively manage service providers and customers.
 To effectively monitor ASR and balance traffic across different platforms.
 Conduct route change for customers if suppliers are having a maintenance or problem on their network.
 Conduct route change from the request of carrier sales
