Roles Performed: (ETL BI Release Manager, Project Leader)
 Delivered project needs on time and within the agreed acceptance criteria in a hybrid methodology environment as they attempted to transition to an Agile Methodology.
 Reported progress to all stakeholders through Sprint Burn-Down Reports.
 Wrote User Stories and Backlog Grooming in Rally based on the requirements gathered from all the stake holders.
 Organized and facilitated Agile and Scrum meetings, which included Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Standups, Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review & Retrospective.
 Operated in 2 week sprints with flexibility on length based on immediate functionality concerns.
 Used source code management with JIRA.
 Project scope contains High availability implementation and multi node setup for Informatica 9.6.1 HF6.It was a multi phased project where my contribution as project manager in this project was as - participation in bidding with sellers for Informatica software patch, additional requirement of HA enablement, creation of RFP document, project charter, performing scope, risk & impact analysis for the project, cost and timeline estimations, validate deliverables and maintaining quality controls parameters.

12+ years’ experience with ETL and BI reporting areas on analysis, design, development, Production Support and Administration.In my current role, I manage Global Application Maintenance and Support area for BI applications(DevOps culture) in GE Healthcare.
