 Healthcare BI Applications support – Technical solutions with : Informatica(9.6),OBIEE(11.9),Spotfire, Teradata(v15).
 Responsible for delivery & deployment (Release Management Processes) of phases of the project, Handle GxP Applications maintenance, change requests, Knowledge of CAPA and other standard, Streamline redundant processes & integrations and support GE Healthcare BI Simplification initiatives.
 Manage end-to-end services and applications in BI area, covering Application Management and corresponding support activities. Manage the day-to-day operations, drive team performance and people development, within the given guidance, standards, processes and targets and based on customers’ needs. Ensure end-to-end service delivery, service design and service support of applications. Drive continuous improvements in processes to ensure KPIs can be met and exceeded.
 Estimation on projects moving from on premises environment to Amazon Cloud, involved in communication with Amazon team.
 Hands on experience on Informatica cloud.

12+ years’ experience with ETL and BI reporting areas on analysis, design, development, Production Support and Administration.In my current role, I manage Global Application Maintenance and Support area for BI applications(DevOps culture) in GE Healthcare.
