As they always say, SELLING is a skill anyone can learn. I have great mentors that helped me hone my skills in sales, having worked for years in the BPO industry under JPMorgan Chase, CapitalOne, and HSBC, for card acquisition.
Now that I am in the Insurance Industry, I am again challenged to apply the acquires skills.
In my first three (3) months with Manulife, one of the biggest insurance companies in the Philippines, I have earned the MVP (Most Valuable Producer) award, FSA (Fast Starter Award - having had 21 sales), Rising Star Rookie Award, and Top 100 Financial Advisor for (our) Territory 5. I was able to accomplish all that in less than a year in the business. This is just my 8th month on the job but I have been blessed.
