LOBAL COMPENSATION - EXECUTIVE, BROADBASED AND SALES
 Oversees the annual global compensation planning process across multiple operational groups and 92 countries for
over 90,000 employees, including merit budget development and approval by country, manager and HR training,
systems oversight, executive reporting and, compliance.
 Managed almost 30 unique sales and non-sales compensation plans and instituted an annual review process that
became integral to the organization’s annual strategic planning process. The process ensured that compensation plans
remain relevant and strategically aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
 Spearheaded a high impact sales compensation re-design project that materially contributed to a company exceeding
its growth targets for three consecutive years. These initiatives involved compensation administration and the
evaluation and redesign of variable pay programs, specifically sales incentives.
 Led and collaborated with field leadership to pilot an organization’s first successful route sales incentive plan that
yielded double digit base business growth and retention rates at greater than 95% in an acutely challenged region.
 Instituted market pricing protocols to establish a single global methodology and, developed comprehensive
Compensation Policies and Guidelines to align compensation programs for approximately 250,000 employees across
the globe.
 Principal architect of an organization’s first compensation dashboard that provided senior leadership and HR partners
with valuable insight and live, meaningful data that supported the financial and organizational impact of pay decisions.
 Leads the development and implementation of a global compensation infrastructure including salary structures and
variable compensation design and a broad variety of analyses including modeling, financial metrics, salary band, benefits,
and perquisites analyses, and titling and comparator group development as well as
