Ensure the tire business with the OEMs in the region in order to achieve best profits
- Leading the price negotiations with the local OEMs in close coordination with the resp. Key Account Manager
- Contribute the regional inputs and ensure their consideration on global RFQs in close cooperation with the Accounts.
- Develop the annual budget and the monthly forecasts and ensure the implementation
- Ensure correct payments for products supplied."
- Develop the OEMs in the region in compliance with the OE BU Strategy in order to ensure a long-term technologically leading partnership
- Represent Continental AG on customer events and care for the OEMs on Continental events"
- Decide upon the right 'Target Approvals' in close cooperation with the Global KAMs as basis for a sustainable and profitable business
- Ensure the most efficient and effective product development according to the Target Approvals
- Making periodic customer visits "
- Leading (diciplinairy and/or functional) a highly educated team of Automotive Engineers and Product Development Engineers for the region (if applicable)
- Preparing sales forecasts and making maintenance on relevant systems in coordination with the other units, customers, OE KAM, OE Global Sales Manager and in line with the customer production planing and market expectations
- Controlling purchasing orders if they created on the system by taking in to consideration sales forecasts, when necessary creating the orders.
- Giving periodic information to OE Global Sales Manager and OE KAM about stock level, sales forecasts and dispatching performance.
