I am a high energy, results driven; Executive that within the last five years have had the opportunity to spearhead three separate financial turnarounds, in three markets across the US. Within this time I was part of three large acquisitions, and two significant corporate mergers tasked with leading change across my territory. This includes retaining key employees, target accounts, meanwhile focused at growing the business, identifying key synergies, and restoring profitability to the bottom line. I leverage competitive urgency, and take a pro team member approach to solicit front line feedback and gather pertinent information as to root problems affecting the business. During this time I've served as a General Manager, Regional General Manager, Executive Director, and recently promoted to Vice President of Sales for a leading creative graphic communications company in the midwest.
