 Cross charge Reconciliation between Asia Pacific Region and other Regions (as determined by the team leader). – Prepares worksheets per reconciliation relationship. Monthly analysis of intercompany transactions. Validate any irregularity posted in the intercompany accounts. Ensure that any irregularities (unmatched items) are addressed and cascaded to concerned offices. Prepare adjusting entries. Serves as the central contact person for intercompany cross charges for offices assigned.
 Cross Charge Settlements – Ensure timely settlement procedures are followed for the offices assigned. Send out settlement requests to concerned offices. Follow-up settlements as deemed necessary. Ensure close coordination with Finance associates for offices assigned.
 Review of weekly Asia Pacific Cash balance in excess report and sending of settlement request to Citibank for non participants in the netting process
 Prepare and review of GL upload templates for monthly reconciliation adjustments
 Assist the Team Manager in the Audit confirmation requests and other adhoc reports required.
 Review of intercompany reconciliation schedules as submitted by finance assistants.

An experienced accounting professional in different platforms with complete background in: - Financial Accounting and Reporting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash, Intercompany (Transactional and Consolidation), closing and reporting including review of reports for statutory/ government requirements) both in shared services and retail industry - Reporting, consolidation and controlling (management reporting to reporting of consolidation results in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), P&L analysis, forecasting, quarterly business performance reviews and analysis of change) - Process migration for finance mainly related to general accounting in a Shared Service Center Industry and 18 months of professional training in the headquarters of Schneider Electric in France focused on Intercompany and its impact in group consolidation.
