Responsibilities include: Define and execute digital roadmap to simplify the business wing to wing and deliver growth(ROI). Design architectural frameworks based on business strategies in partnership with C suite leaders(CXOs) in the company. Be the technology evangelist in the regional business board and regional influence in global technology board



-Delivered $11Mn productivity and growth in 67 process areas wing-to-wing through retirement of legacy platforms, leaner process steps and standardization of operating procedures
-Lead the development and execution of a critical multi-year, APAC-wide technology strategy supporting GE Healthcare’s major strategic programs and continued growth. Gained Technology Board approval for the investment because of the clear benefit, along with a projected 5-year ROI (hard savings). Owned and built the Analytics and Cloud platforms for services business
-Proactively connected the HealthTech start-up communities in Singapore with GE leadership as a member of Innovation Network in GE
